Meet the cloud.
For the shop on the corner, the clinic by the border, the foundation feeding a school, and the company with offices on three continents. The cloud is where the world now keeps its work. We bring you there, safely, one counter at a time.
Four things paper and a back-room server cannot do
Be found
Your customer, your patient, your donor finds you on a phone first. A page that loads in a second, in their language, with a button that works.
Work from anywhere
The office, the field, the branch across the border: the same record, the same file, the same numbers, on any device.
Never lose a file
A stolen laptop, a flood, a power cut: nothing is lost, because everything is backed up somewhere else, automatically.
Answer at 2 a.m.
An AI assistant that knows your menu, your prices and your hours answers in your customer's language while you sleep, and hands the hard ones to you in the morning.
Safer than the cabinet.
The question every owner asks first, and the one we answer before anything else. The cloud is not a place where your data floats; it is a locked room with a guard who writes everything down.
- Two keys, not one. Every login needs a password and a phone, so a leaked password alone opens nothing.
- Every change is logged. Who opened which file, from where, and when.
- Backups you never think about. Deleted files come back; mailboxes are kept as long as you decide.
- Your data stays where the law says. We choose the region your country's rules require, and we write it down.
Ninety days, five steps, no big bang
Assess
We sit at your counter and list what runs on paper, what runs on a laptop, and what breaks.
Classify
What is public, what is private, what is protected by law. Each gets its own home.
Migrate
One system at a time, with the old one still running, until the new one has earned your trust.
Train
Your people, on your screens, in your language. Nothing goes live until they can run it without us.
Support
A care plan with a person on the other end, and a monthly note that says what we checked.
You believe in us. We build for you.
That is the whole agreement. Fixed prices, a date, and you pay when you see it working. If it is not right, we fix it or we do not invoice it.
Where we work
Everywhere there is work to do. We meet you where you are, at the counter, the clinic, the classroom, the kitchen door, and we do not leave until you are out in front of the cloud instead of behind it. Not a passenger. A pioneer.
Built so far in English, Thai, Burmese, French, Haitian Creole, Spanish, Arabic, Lao, Malay and Vietnamese.
Everything from a one-page site to the system your whole business runs on
Every service comes with a fixed price and a date before we start, and you pay when you see it working. Each one has an example you can touch.
Websites that sell
Fast, mobile-first, in two or three languages, with the one button your customer needs: order, book, call, give. Own domain, HTTPS, no builder fees.
Menus, ordering and booking
A menu page with LINE or WhatsApp ordering; a booking page for rooms, tables or appointments, so you stop paying commission on every customer.
Business systems
Stock and sales for a pharmacy or shop, patient or client records, placements and attendance, invoices, reports. Built around how you already work, on the cloud, with role-based access.
Cloud office
Email on your own domain, shared files, two-step sign-in, backups, and a clean way to add and remove staff. Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace; we set it up and train the team.
Cloud migration
Move from paper, old servers or an unmaintained platform to Azure, AWS or a modern host, with the old system running alongside until cutover is earned. Old Drupal and WordPress rescues welcome.
AI receptionist
Answers customers on your website, LINE or WhatsApp in their language, 24 hours a day: menu, prices, hours, directions, bookings and orders, with a hand-off to a human for anything it should not decide. Trained on your own documents only.
AI for the office
Copilot in Microsoft 365 or Gemini in Workspace, set up with rules: drafting letters and reports, translating Thai, Burmese and English, summarizing long documents, and an internal assistant that answers staff questions from your own files.
For foundations and nonprofits
Microsoft gives registered nonprofits its business email, Teams and files free for up to 300 staff, plus Azure credit each year; Google offers Workspace for Nonprofits. We handle the registration, the setup and a donate page that works.
Also available: security baselines and written policies, staff training in English, Thai and Burmese, hosting, and photography and video for your pages. Not sure which you need? Describe what you are trying to do and we will tell you what it would take.
An assistant that knows your business, not the whole internet
Most AI you have seen is a chat box that knows everything in general and nothing about you. What we build is the opposite: an assistant that has read your menu, your price list, your opening hours, your booking rules and your frequently asked questions, and nothing else, so it answers like your best employee on their best day, in Thai, Burmese, English or whichever language the customer writes in.
It lives where your customers already are: the chat bubble on your website, your LINE Official Account, your WhatsApp Business number. It takes a booking or an order and writes it into the same system you use, and when a question is beyond it, a medical question at a clinic, a complaint, a request for a discount, it says so politely and passes the conversation to a person, with a summary. Every conversation is logged so you can read what customers ask and fix the things they keep asking about.
For the office, the same idea turned inward: an assistant that has read your policies, your templates and your past reports, and drafts the next one; that translates a Burmese message from a worker into Thai for the manager; that summarizes a forty-page funder guideline into the six rules that matter. Through Copilot in Microsoft 365 or Gemini in Google Workspace, with the rules written down so staff know what it may and may not be used for.
Try the one on the right. It is our own receptionist, running on this page, and it knows only what is on this site.
Built for people who had to start over
Four projects, all live and in daily use: three free to the people who use them, one on the App Store. They are the proof behind every promise on the services page.
Louvri Bouch
“Open your mouth.” A free language app built with people who had to start life over, every phrase checked by a native speaker. No account, no ads, nothing that auto-renews. Twenty-four languages from Thai and Burmese to Haitian Creole and Arabic.
Get the app →Ruth & the Great Story
A journey through the Bible for ages three to ten: tap the ground and Ruth walks there, earn a badge for every story, build the verse to open the door. Runs in a phone browser, saves progress on the device, free with no ads.
Play it →Hymnals 4 Adventist Movement
Six historic hymnals on one wooden shelf, from the SDA Hymnal (1985) back to Hymns and Tunes (1886): search by number or title, play the tune, sing along, project the verses, and read the story behind many of the hymns. The whole collection lives on the phone, so it works in a church with no signal. On the App Store, rated 5 stars.
Get it on the App Store →Bottles 4 Life
A 501(c)(3) with work in Thailand, Myanmar, Haiti and Tanzania. We built its website, fast on a cheap phone and honest about where every dollar goes, and the field-operations app its mobile clinic runs on, all on the cloud at near-zero cost a month.
Visit the site →What these four have in common
Each one runs on the cloud for almost nothing a month, works on a cheap phone on slow data, speaks the user's language, and keeps nothing it does not need. That is the standard we bring to a pharmacy's stock system or a hotel's booking page: it has to work for someone with one bar of signal and no time to waste.
A pharmacy's stock and sales, on one screen
An anonymized working example. Sell an item and watch the stock fall; the system flags what is running low and what expires soon, and writes the day's report by itself. Names and figures are invented.
A restaurant page a customer can order from
An anonymized working example in two languages. Tap dishes, see the total, and send the order by LINE or WhatsApp; the owner receives it as a message with a number to call back. Dishes and prices are invented.
What a ten-person office looks like after the move
An anonymized example of a foundation that ran on one Gmail address and a laptop. This is what its staff saw thirty days later.
- One shared Gmail address, one password, known to six people
- Student records in a spreadsheet on the director's laptop
- Donor letters re-typed from last year's printout
- Website built by a volunteer who left in 2022
- No backup of anything
- Every staff member has name@their-own-domain, with a phone code at login
- Records live in one shared library; the field officer edits them from a phone; every change is logged
- A form on the website drops each application straight into the tracker
- Deleted files come back for 93 days; mailboxes are kept as long as the director decides
- Licenses: ฿0, because registered nonprofits get them free; the website hosts for ฿0 on cloud credit
Assess and register
We list what runs where; the foundation registers for its free licenses.
Accounts and two keys
Everyone gets their own login; the old shared password is retired.
Mail and files move
Old mail and files are copied across; nothing is deleted until the team says so.
Training on their screens
Two sessions in the team's language, recorded for the next hire.
Handover
The director holds every password. We stay on a care plan if wanted.
A small group that keeps its word
Trust Professional Group builds websites, business systems, cloud offices and AI assistants, and moves organizations from paper and old servers to the cloud. We work globally.
We came to this work by building for nonprofits that could not afford to get it wrong: a language app in twenty-four languages, a hymnal app with every hymn's audio, a children's game, a field app for a mobile clinic. Those projects taught us to build things that are fast on a cheap phone, honest about cost, and simple enough to hand over.
We put a date on every project, and you pay when you see it working. That is what the slogan means.
How we are different
Businesses and foundations alike. Most studios serve one or the other; we serve both, because a border town's economy is both.
Cloud and AI, not only websites. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure and AWS, with the security baseline written down, and assistants trained on your documents only.
Local language, local hours. Training in Thai, Burmese and English, on your screens.
Fixed prices, and a date.
Tell us what you are trying to do
No obligation. If we are not the right fit, we will usually know someone who is. We reply within one working day.
Visits by appointment in Mae Sot, Chiang Mai and Los Angeles.
